Howard Yang is passionate about passive income and reaching financial freedom. He invests in a variety income generating stocks, bonds and particularly on cashflow real estate. His property management experience include suite rentals, vacation rentals, home stays, furnished rentals, and corporate rentals.
He began investing in Vancouver, BC Canada where he went to school. As his real estate business grew, he expanded went on to home constriction, fix-uppers, pre-foreclosure and lease-to-own properties.
Howard Yang watches for market cycle and trends to maximize profit. He has recently expended his investment into the United states in cities such as Seattle, WA and Phoenix, AZ.
Patrick Bissonnette
Patrick’s quest for financial independence started in his university years. A friend recommended he reads Robert Kiyosaki’s first book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”. The book made him realize that trading time for money wasn’t the cleverest financial plan and that he would need to learn how to buy cashflow investments if he hoped one day to escape the rat race. Patrick now owns multiple real estate investment properties in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, BC and has recently been looking down south to diversify his holdings.
He is passionate about achieving financial independence and helping others attain it for themselves.
He currently lives in Coquitlam, BC with his wife and two sons.
Duncan Zheng
Duncan brings strong determination and ambition when it comes to self development and financial success. He has quickly brought up his knowledge in financial education, real estate investment, and market research.
Duncan performs marketing and acquisitions for Cashflowforlife. He currently owns a cashflow property in Burnaby BC, and is in the process of acquiring income investments in the U.S. Duncan has investments in stocks, options, and forex. As well he is a part owner of a large multi family project in the U.S.
Working closely with Dario Lorenzo, Duncan has made investments in the U.S. He is prepared to take real estate investing to the next level, where the main goal is to achieve financial freedom and help others do the same.
